Job Description

We're seeking a Head of Marketing to spearhead our growth strategy and propel our consumer brand to new heights. You'll be responsible for crafting a compelling brand narrative, acquiring and retaining loyal customers, and fostering a data-driven marketing culture.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Brand Strategy:
  • Developing a clear brand vision, mission, and value proposition that resonates deeply with our target audience.
  • Building and nurturing strong brand affinity and loyalty.
  • Overseeing brand positioning and messaging across all channels.
• Growth Marketing:
  • Implementing data-driven strategies to acquire new customers and optimize customer acquisition costs.
  • Executing effective lead generation campaigns across various channels.
  • Identifying and capitalizing on new market opportunities.
• Cross-Functional Leadership:
  • Leading a high-performing marketing team with expertise in social media (organic & paid), content marketing, public relations, and creative development.
  • Fostering seamless collaboration across marketing, product, sales, and other departments.
  • Effectively managing resources and budgets to maximize return on investment (ROI).

Experience and Skills you MUST have:

• 12+ years of experience building successful B2C/consumer brands.
• Proven ability to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that drive business results.
• Deep understanding of consumer behavior and marketing best practices.
• Expertise in social media marketing (organic and paid), content marketing, and public relations.
• Strong data analysis skills and the ability to translate insights into actionable marketing strategies.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate, inspire, and build a high-performing team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Creative flair with a passion for developing engaging brand narratives and content.
