Job Description
In this role, you'll be the voice of our products, crafting clear, concise, and engaging copy that informs, educates, and excites our users. You'll work closely with product managers, designers, and marketers to develop compelling messaging that resonates with our target audience.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Write clear, concise, and informative product descriptions that highlight key features and benefits.
- Develop engaging website copy, landing pages, email marketing campaigns, and other user-facing content.
- Collaborate with designers to create visually appealing and user-friendly product experiences.
- Conduct user research to understand user needs and tailor messaging accordingly.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor products to ensure our copy remains fresh and relevant.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and tone across all product communications.
- Edit and proofread content for accuracy, grammar, and clarity.
Experience and Skills you MUST have:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Journalism, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong writing skills with a focus on clarity, conciseness, and persuasion.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
- Passion for technology and a desire to learn about new products.
