Roles and Responsibilities:
- People Management & Development:
- Implement effective performance management practices to drive employee growth and engagement.
- Design and deliver engaging training and development opportunities to cultivate employee skills.
- Foster a culture of high-performance, collaboration, and continuous learning.
- HR Operations & Compliance:
- Establish and manage HR policies and procedures to ensure legal and ethical compliance.
- Implement HR systems and processes to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
- Stay up-to-date on HR trends and best practices.
- Talent Acquisition & Onboarding:
- Develop a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy to attract and hire top performers across all functions.
- Craft a compelling employer brand that resonates with our ideal candidates.
- Design and implement a smooth onboarding process to ensure new hires are set up for success.
Experience and Skills you MUST have:
- 6+ years of experience working in HR, preferably with early-stage companies.
- Strong understanding of core HR functions and best practices.
- First Principles Thinking: You're comfortable questioning the status quo and building solutions from the ground up.
- Creative Problem-solving: You can identify and solve complex HR challenges with ingenuity and fresh perspectives.
- Framework & Playbook Development: You're skilled at creating scalable systems and processes to support our growing team.
- Hustler Mentality: You're resourceful, proactive, and can wear many hats in a fast-paced environment.
- High Empathy: You prioritize employee well-being and build trust-based relationships.
