Job Description
We are looking for a detailed oriented Business Development Lead- Bids who is an exceptional project manager and strategic thinker.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Bid Management:
- Lead and manage the entire bid process from initial opportunity identification to submission, working closely with the BD team and local partners.
- Develop and implement bid strategies that align with the company’s business goals.
- Ensure timely delivery of bids by coordinating with internal teams and external bid partners.
- Service Fee Calculation:
- Determine appropriate service fees for bids in collaboration with BD team and local partner to ensure competitive and profitable pricing.
- Marketing Material Development:
- Create and maintain up-to-date presentations, pitch decks, and other marketing materials that effectively communicate the value proposition of Atlys’s products and services.
- Develop compelling content that highlights the company’s strengths and differentiators in the technology sector.
- Stakeholder Coordination:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including BD, product, ops to develop comprehensive bid responses.
- Engage with external partners and subcontractors as needed to strengthen bid proposals.
- Website Management:
- Oversee the content and updates for the company website to ensure it reflects the latest product offerings, case studies, and client success stories.
- Post-Bid Activities:
- Participate in post-bid reviews and debriefs to gather feedback and improve future bid processes.
- Track and report on bid outcomes and performance metrics.
Experience and Skills you MUST have:
- Proven experience in bid management, business development, or sales within the tech industry, preferably dealing with government entities.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple bids simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft persuasive and compelling proposals.
- Strong analytical and research skills to gather and interpret market data and client requirements.
- Experience with creating and managing presentations, pitch decks, and other marketing materials.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Consulting experience with firms like McKinsey, Bain, or BCG is a significant advantage.
